stalling

stalling stalling stalling.  up 2 lbs, down three, up three down four up down up down AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

That so sucks!

I've only hit one stall so far, but what helped me break out of it was really watching my fluid intake. I virtually never get the 60+ ounces of liquid recommended, but when I focused on meeting that goal, the stall stopped.
