Mine started around 3 months, and im 6 months out, and it has gotten a lot less falling out.

Also around 3 months was when my nausea started acting up again, but I dont know if that surgery related or not. Make sure you are on a good anti-acid type thing, that helped me with my nauseaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-823668241081756556.post-84107070575269283192008-06-26T12:25:00.000-05:002008-06-26T12:25:00.000-05:00Hang in there, it will be ok. You are looking great.
DeniseUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04968787415210809592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-823668241081756556.post-90264483618147489982008-06-26T10:42:00.000-05:002008-06-26T10:42:00.000-05:00I'm so sorry you're having a rough time! It does certainly sound like you're under a lot of stress, and that could be contributing to both the lack of appetite and the hair loss.

I've read a lot of advice that says to take biotin supplements to help mitigate the hair loss. There's a great chewable one by Solaray that I found at our local vitamin store.

Is it possible for you to carve out a little time for yourself to help with relaxation? Maybe a trip to one of the quickie massage places (you can get a 1/2 hour massage there for as little as $20 sometimes), or a visit to the library for some fun, non-intellectual reading? I know when I'm stressed, even grabbing a 1/2 hour of "me" time can really make a difference.Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07920555938657229927noreply@blogger.com
